Do not over use, a little goes a long way. Depending on the length and texture of hair dispense a dime to a quarter size into hands and rub together to emulsify cream. Apply to damp or dry hair from mid shaft to ends of the hair then towards the scalp if needed, comb through for even distribution then style as desired.
