A blonde toner that helps you achieve those perfectly refined highlights or bleached hair.
What it does:
Gets rid of unwanted brassy tones after highlighting or bleaching services. Can also be used to add cool, warm or pastel tones into the hair.
What else you need to know:
Shades can be mixed together for a truly customized blonde toner. Leave on for 15 minutes to refine blonde hair, leave on for 30 minutes to refine hair and add the pastel tone. For best results use on hair that has been lifted to a level 9 or 10.
Ingredients
For toning mix 1 oz of ion Color Brilliance Bright White Crème Toners with 2 oz of 10 Volume ion Color Brilliance Sensitive Scalp Crème Developer. Maximum recommended processing time is 15 minutes.
