The product smells weird, leaves a strange film on my skin that makes me break out and strips all the oils from my hair leaving it feeling too dry. Not too happy with the product. I reached out and mentioned that it smells rancid but was told that the smell it has is “normal” It’s supposed to be fragrance free, but it smells like rancid oil
Horrible
I have fine, damaged colored hair. This shampoo left my hair tangle, unmanageable and without shine.
Upstanding product - fragrance free!
Have used this product for several years and find it gentle on the hair, could use it every day with no problems. Especially appreciate that it is fragrance free!
