What it does:
This direct dye deposits color molecules on top of your hair strands – no developer needed. The colors are blacklight responsive and are the first of their kind. They show up best on pre-lightened hair but will leave a subtle tint on hair that hasn’t been pre-lightened. The intermixable colors in this line allow you to create tons of color combinations.
