Apply a small to damp hair. Rinse adter 5 minute. For damaged hair, cover hair with plastic cap and rinse after 8-10 then rinse.

Love it!!!
I have thick dyed naturally curly hair and this product gives me nice defined curls. I also have sensitive skin and like the fact this product has almost no smell or fragance.
