Frequently Asked Questions

What does cholesterol do for hair in Queen Helene Cholesterol Hair Conditioning Cream?

Cholesterol in this conditioning cream acts as a natural humectant and film-forming agent that helps seal moisture into the hair shaft. It works to strengthen hair structure, reduce breakage, and enhance shine by filling in gaps along the hair cuticle, making it especially beneficial for dry, damaged, or chemically treated hair.

Is Queen Helene Cholesterol Hair Conditioning Cream safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair?

Yes, Queen Helene Cholesterol Hair Conditioning Cream is designed to be gentle and nourishing for color-treated, permed, relaxed, and bleached hair. The conditioning formula helps restore moisture and elasticity to hair that has undergone chemical processes, making it a popular choice for maintaining treated hair health.

Can I use Queen Helene Cholesterol Cream on sensitive scalp or skin?

This conditioning cream is formulated to be applied primarily to hair strands rather than the scalp. If you have a sensitive scalp, avoid direct application to the scalp area and focus on mid-lengths to ends. If you have known sensitivities to any listed ingredients, review the full ingredient list before use. Perform a patch test if concerned.
