Developer designed to be used with all RUSK® haircolor and lightening products for reliable, consistent results. When used with Deepshine® Pure Pigments Conditioning Cream Color, they provide uniform, long-lasting color and maximum gray coverage.

What it does:
When mixed with Deepshine® Pure Pigments Conditioning Cream Color, Deepshine® Shine Enhancing Cream Developers and Balancing Lotion produce the proper pH to ensure maximum tone, depth and color durability without compromising the integrity of the hair fiber. Active conditioning agents ensure that the hair looks and feels healthy, soft and shiny.
