Bumble and Bumble Brilliantine is formulated with a blend of conditioning oils and lightweight polymers designed to add shine and control to hair. The formula is generally suitable for most hair types, including fine, medium, and thick hair. However, those with very oily scalps or fine, limp hair should use it sparingly to avoid weighing hair down. Start with a small amount—about the size of a pea—and warm it between your palms before applying to mid-lengths and ends of dry or damp hair. Avoid applying directly to the scalp.
