After shampooing, apply a liberal amount to hair and detangle with a wide tooth comb. Rinse thoroughly. For optimal results, allow the chemical properties in the ingredients to penetrate the hair shaft by allowing it to stay on for one to two minutes and then using a finger comb to detangle wet hair. Athletes and those who work out in the morning should use this light conditioner after every workout.

Used it for years!
This product is great for super curly hair that gets dry quickly. My hair is very thick and this brings the curl back. I use it for periodic deep conditioning, too.

Not quite what I expected
I had already used Botanical shampoo and loved it It is very light and good for every day use. So i thought I would try the same conditioner. It is a little disappointing as it is heavier than the shampoo. You have to use a minimal amount to avoid hair feeling dirty and greasy.
